Vividplayhub.com provides a social casino lobby and free-to-play demo games for entertainment. The games use virtual credits/items only.

If purchases are available, you may be able to buy virtual items/credits for entertainment only. Purchases are processed by the relevant app store/platform and are generally non-refundable except where required by New Zealand law or the platform’s policy. Buying virtual items does not increase your chances of winning anything of real-world value.

The service, software, and content are owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and other laws. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (if any).

11) Governing law & disputes (NZ)

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
