Applies to vividplayhub.com and related demo social casino experiences. Effective date: 10 Apr 2026.
1) What this service is
Vividplayhub.com provides a social casino lobby and free-to-play demo games for entertainment. The games use virtual credits/items only.
2) Eligibility (18+)
- You must be 18 years or older (or the legal gambling age where you are) to use the service.
- You must comply with all applicable laws in your location. Access may be restricted where prohibited.
3) Accounts & security
- You are responsible for activity on your account and keeping credentials secure.
- Do not share accounts, impersonate others, or provide false information.
- We may suspend/terminate accounts for breaches, security risks, or suspected misuse.
4) Acceptable use
- No cheating, bots, automation, scraping, reverse engineering, or interference with the service.
- No unlawful, abusive, or harmful content or conduct.
- No attempting to access others’ accounts or restricted areas.
5) Virtual currency/items (no cash value)
- Virtual credits, coins, chips, points, boosts, and items are not real money, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for cash or cash equivalents.
- We do not offer real-money gambling, cash-out, or prizes of monetary value through the demo games.
- Virtual items may be modified, reset, or removed to maintain the service.
6) In-app purchases (if offered)
If purchases are available, you may be able to buy virtual items/credits for entertainment only. Purchases are processed by the relevant app store/platform and are generally non-refundable except where required by New Zealand law or the platform’s policy. Buying virtual items does not increase your chances of winning anything of real-world value.
7) Intellectual property & notices
The service, software, and content are owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and other laws. If you believe content infringes your rights, send a notice to [email protected] with: (a) identification of the work, (b) the URL/location, (c) your contact details, (d) a good-faith statement, and (e) a statement that your notice is accurate and you are authorised to act.
8) Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (if any).
10) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11) Governing law & disputes (NZ)
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
